Mercy Projects uses DonorBox to securely process donations. If you’ve donated before and created a Donorbox account during checkout, you can sign in to your Giving Account here.
If you haven’t donated before – or didn’t create an account – you won’t have a Giving Account yet. Simply select ‘Create a donor account to manage my donations and donate again faster’ the next time you give. A Giving Account will be created automatically, allowing you to manage your donations, review your giving history, and download tax receipts (where eligible).
Please note: Your Giving Account will show all donations made by credit/debit card and some other online payment methods. It will not include gifts made via check, direct transfer, donor-advised funds, workplace giving, or other offline methods.
When you set up your monthly sponsorship donation and set up an account, this will allow you manage your monthly recurring gift including:
- Recurring Donation Date
- Payment Method
- Amount
